Mediators usually fall into one of two camps, either they are a financial person or they have a background in custody matters. However, our private NJAPM certified mediator has expertise in both arenas which enables us to achieve the highest probability of a complete resolution even in the most challenging high net worth cases.

Divorce, career/employment changes and moving are regarded as some of life's most stressful events. Divorce itself can often take on a life of its own which encompasses relocation, a change in career and even impacts the social and emotional well-being of the entire family. Due to the sensitive nature of this work, we can not serve as both a parent coordinator and divorce coach in the same family.
Our parent coordination services are often utilized in challenging custody cases where many parents struggle to find effective solutions to problems while shielding their children from the acrimony. In these cases the addition of a parent coordinator (who has a background in the legal and educational fields) to your team of professionals will help not only to minimize the conflict and save you thousands in legal fees but can also assist with everything from visitation/holiday scheduling, to educational needs and even therapeutic expert retention.
Because we recognize that parents may also need support through the entire divorce process, our divorce coaching services are also available through legal professionals and therapeutic providers. You set your goals for these sessions and your coach will gently guide you on how to achieve the desired results. Your divorce coach can provide clarity on the legal process and will give you the tools needed to manage your career, education, health and emotions to help achieve the best version of you!
Sunday joined our office with a wide base of knowledge and expertise stemming from her background in the legal field. In addition to being a Realtor® who is trained as a mortgage loan originator, she maintains her accreditation as a NJAPM mediator. This skillset enables her to effectively negotiate optimal pricing on her client’s behalf. Additionally, as a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts she also has a thorough understanding of the challenges which accompany the divorce process and a passion for helping people navigate through that transition with the best possible outcome for everyone.
Sunday has lived in New Jersey over 20 years ago after living in Los Angeles and Boston. Sunday is a member of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She is the mother of two teen boys and volunteers for many community events such as the Delbarton Fundraising Committee, Lakeland Hills YMCA, Mountain Lakes and The Seeing Eye. Sunday’s mission is to help people confidently traverse life’s biggest decisions and truly thrive as they enter a new chapter in life.

Maureen resides in Montecito, Ca with her husband Martin. Proud parents of three, daughter Maggie, son Christopher, and their third (fur) child, Mila, a rescue mix who will probably never leave the nest. Passionate about community and giving back, Maureen stays always active in philanthropy. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and the Eucalyptus Hill Improvement Association. She is a member of the Santa Barbara Women’s Fund and formerly held positions on the Cal Berkeley Parents Campaign and volunteered for Meals on Wheels and Catholic Charities food pantry.
