DIVORCE MEDIATION SERVICES
Given the costly delays which result from an overwhelmed family court system your need for an alternative mode of resolution through divorce mediation is essential. Mediators usually fall into one of two camps, either they are a financial person or they have a background in custody matters. However, our private NJAPM certified mediator has expertise in both arenas which enables us to achieve the highest probability of a complete resolution even in the most challenging high net worth cases.
Real Estate Agent Services
Realtor® service in affiliation with Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty is available to help with your home sale and relocation. Often, the marital home (and the related emotional attachment) become a significant financial hurdle to resolving many divorce cases. Our in-house Realtor® who specializes in divorce will help you quickly list your home, maximize your return and even assist both parties with relocation either in state or out of state (through our extensive network of partners) so you can embark on your new chapter of life.
Divorce Coaching & parent coordination
Divorce, career/employment changes and moving are regarded as some of life's most stressful events. Divorce itself can often take on a life of its own which encompasses relocation, a change in career and even impacts the social and emotional well-being of the entire family. Due to the sensitive nature of this work, we can not serve as both a parent coordinator and divorce coach in the same family.
Our parent coordination services are often utilized in challenging custody cases where many parents struggle to find effective solutions to problems while shielding their children from the acrimony. In these cases the addition of a parent coordinator (who has a background in the legal and educational fields) to your team of professionals will help not only to minimize the conflict and save you thousands in legal fees but can also assist with everything from visitation/holiday scheduling, to educational needs and even therapeutic expert retention.
Because we recognize that parents may also need support through the entire divorce process, our divorce coaching services are also available through legal professionals and therapeutic providers. You set your goals for these sessions and your coach will gently guide you on how to achieve the desired results. Your divorce coach can provide clarity on the legal process and will give you the tools needed to manage your career, education, health and emotions to help achieve the best version of you!

Sunday Brooks
Sunday joined our office with a wide base of knowledge and expertise stemming from her background in the legal field. In addition to being a Realtor® who is trained as a mortgage loan originator, she maintains her accreditation as a NJAPM mediator. This skillset enables her to effectively negotiate optimal pricing on her client’s behalf. Additionally, as a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts she also has a thorough understanding of the challenges which accompany the divorce process and a passion for helping people navigate through that transition with the best possible outcome for everyone.
Sunday has lived in New Jersey over 20 years ago after living in Los Angeles and Boston. Sunday is a member of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She is the mother of two teen boys and volunteers for many community events such as the Delbarton Fundraising Committee, Lakeland Hills YMCA, Mountain Lakes and The Seeing Eye. Sunday’s mission is to help people confidently traverse life’s biggest decisions and truly thrive as they enter a new chapter in life.
Maureen McDermut
Having sold residential real estate in Santa Barbara for over 20 years, her career started in Los Angeles selling commercial real estate, and was fostered as a daughter to real estate investors. Maureen has been around the industry for a lifetime. Her business is based on the core values and ethics taught to her at a very young age: integrity, honesty, and great communication. These qualities enhanced by a tenured background in private banking, in-depth community and market knowledge, providing cutting-edge marketing featuring the latest technologies, and effective negotiation, is a critical skill set proving Maureen to be an excellent real estate professional. Ranked consistently among the Top 1% of Agents in Santa Barbara, Maureen has 20+ years of experience specializing in residential real estate.
Maureen resides in Montecito, Ca with her husband Martin. Proud parents of three, daughter Maggie, son Christopher, and their third (fur) child, Mila, a rescue mix who will probably never leave the nest. Passionate about community and giving back, Maureen stays always active in philanthropy. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and the Eucalyptus Hill Improvement Association. She is a member of the Santa Barbara Women’s Fund and formerly held positions on the Cal Berkeley Parents Campaign and volunteered for Meals on Wheels and Catholic Charities food pantry.
Dina Moon
Dina has been a sales associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty for over 20 years. During her tenure, Dina gained tremendous knowledge about the local market which she utilizes to provide her customers with an exceptional real estate experience that not only meets their needs, but it exceeds their expectations. Coupled with the extraordinary resources, network and global exposure the Premier Sotheby's International brand provides to its clientele, Dina's goal is to be your trusted real estate advisor for life by building life-long relationships well after the transaction has closed. By pursuing this philosophy, Dina has built the majority of her business from referrals and is proud to say that she still has a relationship with her very first customer in real estate from 22 years ago.
Dina also volunteers for many community events and is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She is also a member of the SeaGate Elementary PTO, the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® Safety Task Force and the Women's Network of Collier County. Dina has also received numerous real estate awards recognizing her as a top producer.
